What is Track?

The Track screen is where you mark what actually happened.

This is your daily space to honestly track your good plans and harmful habits – without judgment, pressure, or expectations of perfection.


Why use Track?

Use Track to:

  • Stay aware of your actions over time
  • Build consistency in good plans
  • Notice patterns in harmful habits
  • Reflect honestly without feeling judged

Track is about awareness, not scoring or punishment.


What appears here?

Anything you start from the Library or Home will show up here based on its schedule.

  • Good Plans and Harmful Habits appear on the days they are meant to be tracked
  • You can view them by day, week, or month
  • Nothing is permanent – plans can be edited, paused, or stopped anytime
