Start tracking a plan or habit

  1. Browse the Library and open a plan or habit
  2. Review its details, schedule, and description
  3. Start it as-is, or adjust it before starting
  4. Once started, it will appear in the Track screen

Nothing starts tracking until you choose to start it.


Create your own plan or habit

If something you want to work on is personal or not listed:

  • Use the Create screen to make your own
  • Your creations are private by default
  • You may choose to make them public so others can benefit

Editing, stopping, or pausing

Anything you start from the Library can be:

  • Edited later
  • Paused when needed
  • Stopped or archived at any time

The Library is about choosing, not committing forever.
