What is Create Plan?
The Create screen is where you make your own good plans or harmful habits.
Use it when what you want to work on is personal, specific, or not available in the Library.
Why use Create Plan?
Use Create if you:
- Want full control over how something is tracked
- Have a personal struggle or goal you want to keep private
- Want to define your own schedule, frequency, or notes
- Prefer starting with something simple and tailored
Creating a plan does not mean committing forever.
Good Plans & Harmful Habits
When creating, you choose one of two types:
- Good Plans
Things you want to build, strengthen, or maintain. - Harmful Habits
Things you want to reduce, avoid, or stop.
Both are tracked honestly and can be edited later.
