Create a new plan or habit

  2. Give it a clear, simple name
  3. Set how often it should appear (daily, weekly, or custom)
  4. Add optional notes or references if helpful
  5. Start it when you’re ready

You can keep everything minimal — details can always be added later.


Privacy & sharing

  • Plans you create are private by default
  • Only you can see and track them
  • You may choose to make a plan public so others can benefit

Sharing is optional and always your choice.


Editing after starting

Once started, you can:

  • Edit the schedule or details
  • Pause it temporarily
  • Stop or archive it when it’s no longer relevant

Nothing is locked in permanently.
