How to Use JannahWays

JannahWays is designed to be simple and flexible. You don’t need to use everything at once — start where it feels right.

1. Choose what to work on

You begin by choosing what you want to focus on.

You can:

  • Start a Guide from the Home screen for structured support
  • Pick an individual Good Plan or Harmful Habit from the Library
  • Or create something personal in the Create screen

Nothing starts tracking until you choose to start it.

2. Use Guides when you want structure

Guides help when you don’t want to plan everything yourself.

They:

  • Combine related plans around one focus
  • Are paced from beginner to deeper practice
  • Can be edited before or after starting

Use Guides to address a specific struggle or goal, then adjust as needed.

3. Discover plans in the Library

The Library lets you:

  • Browse ready-made good plans and harmful habits
  • Read details before starting
  • Start only what feels relevant to you

Library is for choosing, not committing forever.

4. Track honestly, day by day

Once you start something, it appears in the Track screen.

Here you:

  • Mark what actually happened
  • Track by day, week, or month
  • Add notes or open references when helpful

Track is about awareness, not perfection.

5. Reflect using Stats

Stats help you step back and look at patterns over time.

You can:

  • See daily, weekly, or monthly trends
  • Review active and completed plans
  • Reflect calmly without judgment

Stats are for understanding, not scoring.

6. Create when something is personal

Use Create when:

  • Your goal or struggle is personal
  • You want full control over scheduling
  • You prefer to keep something private

Everything you create can be edited, paused, or stopped later.

7. Make the app feel like home

In Settings, you can:

  • Adjust timezone and dates
  • Change colors, styles, and effects
  • Improve readability
  • Lock sensitive areas for privacy

These settings affect how the app feels – not your progress.

A simple way to begin

If you’re unsure where to start:

  • Begin with one small plan
  • Or start a guide that feels manageable
  • Track honestly for a few days
  • Adjust as you go

There is no right pace.

A gentle reminder

JannahWays is not meant to be mastered.

It is meant to be used – quietly, privately, and consistently – in a way that supports your life, not add pressure to it.
