Start a guide

  1. Browse the list of guides
  2. Open one that matches your current struggle or goal
  3. Review the plans inside the guide
  4. Start it directly, or edit individual plans before starting

Once started, its plans appear in the Track screen.


Editing a guide

Before or after starting, you can:

  • Edit individual plans
  • Adjust schedules
  • Remove plans that don’t fit
  • Keep only what feels manageable

Guides are flexible – they adapt to you, not the other way around.


Stopping or switching guides

At any time, you can:

  • Stop a guide
  • Archive its plans
  • Start a different guide instead

Choosing a new focus is part of growth, not a setback.


A gentle reminder

Guides are here to help you focus, not to define you.

If something feels too heavy, adjust it.
If something no longer helps, let it go.

You can always begin again – with clarity and intention.
