Plan Stats – How to

Viewing progress

You can switch between:

  • Daily views to review specific days
  • Weekly views to see consistency
  • Monthly views to understand long-term trends

Charts and summaries adjust automatically based on your selection.

Understanding the numbers

Stats do not measure your worth or effort.

They simply show:

  • How often good plans were completed
  • How frequently harmful habits were avoided or slipped
  • Changes over time, not perfection

A single missed day does not define progress.

Completed & archived plans

When you stop or archive a plan:

  • It moves to completed history
  • Its past data remains available
  • You can revisit it anytime for reflection

This allows you to look back without losing context.

Adjusting based on insights

If Stats show something isn’t working, you can:

  • Edit a plan’s schedule
  • Pause it temporarily
  • Stop it and start something more suitable

Stats exist to guide adjustments, not enforce rules.

A gentle perspective

Progress is rarely a straight line.

Stats are here to help you notice growth, understand setbacks, and move forward with clarity – not guilt.
